The aim of this study is to investigate the applications of operations research in military logistics and identify its challenges and limitations. This study was conducted in a descriptive and review manner and analyzed various aspects of operations research in the fields of operations planning and scheduling, inventory management, optimization of transportation routes, and demand forecasting. The results show that operations research can help logistics managers make better decisions in resource allocation and operations management by using modeling and simulation techniques. In particular, sensitivity analysis and accurate demand forecasting allow military forces to respond to changing battlefield conditions and prevent resource waste. Also, operations research helps optimize transportation routes and can lead to the identification of the best routes and effective allocation of vehicles. However, there are challenges such as data and information limitations, the need for continuous expertise and training, and resistance to change in military organizations. Access to accurate data and creating a supportive organizational culture for embracing innovation are among the issues that need to be addressed. Finally, this study emphasizes that in order to fully exploit the potential of operations research in military logistics, it is necessary to adopt effective strategies to manage the challenges. Given the importance of logistics in the success of military operations, paying attention to operations research and its optimization can help armed forces perform better in critical situations. تحقیق در عملیات به عنوان ابزاری کلیدی در بهینه‌سازی لجستیک نظامی، نقش مهمی در ارتقاء کارایی و اثربخشی عملیات نظامی ایفا می‌کند. هدف این مطالعه، بررسی کاربردهای تحقیق در عملیات در لجستیک نظامی و شناسایی چالش‌ها و محدودیت‌های آن است. این پژوهش به روش مروری و توصیفی انجام شده و به تحلیل جنبه‌های مختلف تحقیق در عملیات در زمینه‌های برنامه‌ریزی و زمان‌بندی عملیات، مدیریت موجودی، بهینه‌سازی مسیرهای حمل و نقل و پیش‌بینی تقاضا پرداخته است. نتایج نشان می‌دهد که تحقیق در عملیات می‌تواند به مدیران لجستیکی کمک کند تا با استفاده از تکنیک‌های مدل‌سازی و شبیه‌سازی، تصمیمات بهتری در زمینه تخصیص منابع و مدیریت عملیات بگیرند. به‌ویژه، تحلیل حساسیت و پیش‌بینی دقیق تقاضا به نیروهای نظامی این امکان را می‌دهد که به شرایط متغیر میدان جنگ پاسخ دهند و از هدر رفت منابع جلوگیری کنند. همچنین، تحقیق در عملیات به بهینه‌سازی مسیرهای حمل و نقل کمک می‌کند و می‌تواند به شناسایی بهترین مسیرها و تخصیص مؤثر وسایل نقلیه منجر شود. با این حال، چالش‌هایی مانند محدودیت‌های داده و اطلاعات، نیاز به تخصص و آموزش مستمر، و مقاومت در برابر تغییرات در سازمان‌های نظامی وجود دارد. دسترسی به داده‌های دقیق و ایجاد فرهنگ سازمانی حمایتی برای پذیرش نوآوری، از جمله مواردی هستند که باید به آن‌ها توجه شود. در نهایت، این مطالعه تأکید می‌کند که برای بهره‌برداری کامل از پتانسیل تحقیق در عملیاتدر لجستیک نظامی، لازم است استراتژی‌های مؤثری برای مدیریت چالش‌ها اتخاذ شود. با توجه به اهمیت لجستیک در موفقیت عملیات نظامی، توجه به تحقیق در عملیات و بهینه‌سازی آن می‌تواند به نیروهای مسلح کمک کند تا در شرایط بحرانی عملکرد بهتری داشته باشند. /downloadfilepdf/1206903
